Hi, Wendy, it's me again :>)YUM YUM YUM, I'll definitely have to come back here and I'll certainly try your recipes !I just LOVE cooking and feeding my family. I find it SO relaxing and rewarding. My mother was Dutch (great potatoes eaters!) and I married an Italian. I was lucky enough to learn so many recipes from both my mom',MIL, and also from my beloved grandmother, who taught me simple, comforting cooking...Grand'ma used to say : "feeling nervous/worried/stressted? Just make a big pot of soup, sitting at the kitchen table, with a whole lot of veggies to prepare, and you'll feel calm and happy again, when done!) And she was SO right! :>)See you soon, Wendy, (and subscribing to this lovely blog, too, of course)XOXOXOXONADINELast December, my kids gave me a Smoothies Maker, and I was looking for some recipes... Now the first recipe I see on your cooking blog is for a smoothie! Coincidences ;>)
