Smoothie Time

We have picked up making smoothies this month in order to get more healthy. I will be posting about them as we go along. Also after the long break I took from posting recipes I hope to start posting regularly again.

Mixed Berry & Spinach Smoothie

1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 small green apple
1 kiwi peeled
1 cup frozen mango chunks
2 cups spinach
1tsp vanilla
1/2 cup water (use only if needed)

Put all ingredients into your healthmaster blender and blend 1 minute on 8. This is a really good smoothie and we enjoyed it. You really cannot taste the spinach so you could add more if you like, but since this is not a green smoothie I only used the two cups.
